ANTI-CORROSION TAPE

PSI anti-corrosion tapes have been specially developed for high-quality, on-site corrosion protection for joints, in cases where the pipeline has already been installed. The material is easy, safe and quick to apply on welded joints, bends and other complicated shapes.

The systems fulfil the requirements of EN12068/DIN30672, and they are DVGW-approved.

PSI provides a choice of one-tape systems and a two-tape system for the highest loading class. Mono-systems, which are fast to apply with lower material consumption, are also available.

FIBERTEC

Fibertec is a resistant, glass-fiber-reinforced composite plastic. It offers the optimum mechanical protection for pipe coatings and is completely watertight. It adheres to almost any type of surface, such as metal, PE, PVC, PP, stoneware, GRP materials and concrete. In addition, it is highly resistant to chemicals.

Fibertec is not only outstandingly suitable for protecting plastic coated pipes and plastic pipes against mechanical stress but can also be used for other applications, e.g. subsurface-to-surface joints, pipe clamp underlay, linings, etc. In short, wherever there is a need for high resistance to indentation and impacts, Fibertec offers the optimum protection.

Fibertec is a glass reinforded UV-curing polyester resin which is a specially designed for mechanical protection of pipelines. The material can be mounted very easily. It comes from a roll, premanufactured, ready to be wrapped around the pipe so that no hand lamination on the sites is necessary.

PIPECAST

Pipecast is the latest development in the field of composite plastics for the protection of pipes against specific mechanical loadings (e.g. for horizontal drillings, etc.) Pipecast is used for mechanical protection of pipes, particularly suitable for corrosion protection system for HDD in a combination with an exceptionally shear resistant can us a WLAS shrink sleeve or cold applied tape (DIN/EN approved to category C/50).
